Add the ability to move line items on won quotes to tickets and contracts

We would like to have the ability to move line items on won quotes to tickets and (multiple) contracts, with the option to create new contract or update existing ones. (BC)

OPPORTUNITY CREATION - The ability to link an Opportunity/Quote to an existing ticket - rather than creating a new ticket and then having to merge the 2 tickets.
